Book our longer 90-minute sauna session. This extended session allows ample time for body and mind to reach a state of pure tranquility. Whether you’re here to sweat out toxins, ease sore muscles, or simply indulge in a quiet escape, our 90-minute sauna experience is perfect if you think the hour just isn't enough. Enjoy the use of our woodfired hot tub, sauna and cold water plunge baths, cold shower and drench bucket.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and reschedules can be made with a minimum of 48hrs notice. Cancellations incur an administration fee of £2 for private bookings and £1 for communal bookings. Reschedules are free of charge. It is the lead bookers responsibility that everyone in the group is made aware of the waiver and contraindications of sauna use.
