Cancelling Your Session
If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you may choose between:
- A refund of your session fee (minus a 5% handling charge)
- A rescheduled appointment at no extra cost.
Rescheduling Your Session
More than 48 hours’ notice: You can reschedule at no extra cost.
Between 24–48 hours’ notice: We can reschedule your session within the next 28 days.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, we cannot offer rescheduling or refunds.
Bad Weather
If conditions are safe, the spa will remain open during poor weather - we will be open come rain, shine or wind.
If the Met Office issues a weather warning for our location and you prefer not to travel, you may cancel by 4pm the day before your booking. In this case, we will issue a refund for the full amount or reschedule.
If We Cancel Your Session
If we are unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, unsafe weather), you will receive a full refund or offered a reschedule.
How to Cancel or Reschedule

Full name
Email address
Date and time of your booking
Your preferred option (refund, or reschedule)
We hope you can appreciate that these are put in place to protect our small business, last-minute cancellations mean we lose income and someone else misses out on the sauna experience. For us and you; our valued customers sticking to these rules allows us to run the business smoothly and fairly for you all.
Please note: We cannot accept cancellations via social media. We monitor emails between 9am–5pm.
Swimwear with no metal fastenings (as this can get hot in the sauna and cause injury). Please also remove metal jewellery.
We recommend arriving with your swimwear on under your clothes to make the most of your time slot as changing time is part of your session duration
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU -
Swimwear - we recommend arriving with this on
2 towels - 1 for sitting on in the sauna and 1 for drying off afterwards
Drinking water - in a non-metal bottle if you wish to take it into the sauna
Slip on footwear - e.g. flip flops
Warm clothing for afterwards
A changing robe (optional)
We have facilities where you can change comfortably and you can also use our large toilet areas.
Please arrive with your swimwear on underneath to make the most of your slot once your time in the sauna is over you can head back to our facilities to change.
Yes - no under 16's permitted in the spa area at all - this includes the sauna and the hot tub. 16-18's need to be accompanied by an adult at all time.
We do not permit children to wait around on site while you use the spa area.

We require all bookings and payments to be made online before attending a sauna session.
No, not at all. We recommend staying in the sauna for 3 - 15 mins at a time. This will depend on many factors, so it's best to listen to your body. If you're a new sauna user, it's best to start small, maybe 3-5 mins at a time.
You can cool off between sessions by stepping outside. We have a cold shower, drench bucket, and cold immersion barrel next to the sauna. Again, please listen to your body and experience level when it comes to using these.
We ask that everyone wears swimwear for the sessions.
