To access the site, you pass through Merythr Mawr village and drive all the way down towards the sand dunes nature reserve car park but turn left into Candleston Woods directly before this nature reserve car park.
You will see signage and a SAUNA PARKING signs directing you left towards our car park.
Please make your way to the barn, where a member of staff will greet you before taking you down to the spa area.

Free parking
After you turn into Candleston Woods, park up here and bring everything you need with you - follow the festoon lights and signs through to the barn.
Finding the sauna
Once parked, you will see a sign for the sauna. It's a short walk from the car park, following the markers and signs through the beautiful woodland to the barn
About
Candleston woods is a 100 acre woodland, just a short walk from Merthyr Mawr sand dunes. There is a private event space within the woods, and that's where our sauna is located. The woodland benefits from a sand based ground, which means it doesn't get muddy!
Facilities
As we are based in an event space, there is a toilet facility and ample free parking.
